Calling all chocolate enthusiasts – this class is for you! Learn everything you need to know about the craft of the chocolatier – from tempering to making mousses, patisserie, and ganache. This class is your golden ticket to a world of decadent desserts to rival Willy Wonka himself.
Award-winning Belgian pastry chef Danielle, who can usually be found in the kitchens of 5* hotels, will cover a multitude of techniques and show you how to get the most out of vegan chocolate substitutes to make sumptuous sweet treats.

You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
What to expect…
Lots of food: Firstly, you can expect to eat a lot of delicious food! It will come as no surprise that there will be lots made, so you will be nibbling and tasting throughout your cookery experience. (Don’t worry about bringing anything to eat with you!)
A relaxed, hands-on experience, suitable for all abilities: Our cookery experiences will help you hone your skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll dive right in with hands-on practical cookery sessions. This will include working in pairs, groups and individually under the expert guidance of our experienced tutor. We welcome students of all abilities, so whatever your current skill level, you’ll fit right in. And you don’t have to be veggie to enjoy our courses – everyone’s welcome!
The chance to ask tons of questions: Attendee numbers are kept small so you’ll have maximum contact with your tutor. There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the day to ask any questions you may have and take advantage of their years of experience in all things veggie and vegan!
