Get your weekend off to a great start by joining us at our Friday evening Supper Clubs. You’ll cook along with our expert tutors to make a delicious meal before sitting down to enjoy it. Whether you book with friends or come by yourself, you’ll enjoy a relaxing, social atmosphere as you unwind, chat and eat great food.
Here’s what’s on the menu for the coming months:
17th December – *EXTRA DATES-2, 9 and 20th December. Festive supper club- Chestnut and butterbean wellington, parsnip falafel, potato and celeriac dauphinoise, roast potatoes, seitan chipolatas, ginger and orange carrots, pan-fried Brussels sprouts, Christmas gravy.
January – Smoky Aubergine steaks, sun dried tomato and black olive braised green lentils, harissa roasted baby leeks, whipped tahini sauce.
February – Salt and pepper tofu, sweet soy and ginger stir fried vegetables, perfect fluffy rice, spicy Asian greens.
March – Vegan fish and chips- beer battered banana blossom, fat chips, homemade mushy peas vegan tartare sauce.
What to expect…
Lots of food: Firstly, you can expect to eat a lot of delicious food! It will come as no surprise that there will be lots made, so you will be nibbling and tasting throughout your cookery experience. (Don’t worry about bringing anything to eat with you!)
A relaxed, hands-on experience, suitable for all abilities: Our cookery experiences will help you hone your skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll dive right in with hands-on practical cookery sessions. This will include working in pairs, groups and individually under the expert guidance of our experienced tutor. We welcome students of all abilities, so whatever your current skill level, you’ll fit right in. And you don’t have to be veggie to enjoy our courses – everyone’s welcome!
The chance to ask tons of questions: Attendee numbers are kept small so you’ll have maximum contact with your tutor. There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the day to ask any questions you may have and take advantage of their years of experience in all things veggie and vegan!

If you’re getting here by public transport, we’re only a short taxi ride or a 20-minute walk from Altrincham’s bus, train and Metrolink (Altrincham line) services.
