All weddings are special occasions, but royal weddings are a celebration for the whole nation. Harry and Meghan will tie the knot on Saturday 19 May, which is during this year’s National Vegetarian Week.
When Prince Harry marries Meghan Markle, who has said she tries to eat vegan five days a week, their wedding breakfast will surely be a feast fit for a (future but, let’s be honest, probably never going to be) king!
So what could they serve up if they wanted to celebrate their big day in a veggie way? The Vegetarian Society has scoured the lengths and breadths of the foodie world to create a tantalising modern veggie wedding breakfast to wow the guests!
