Our courses are suitable for everyone in the catering industry, regardless of level. From international brands’ product development chefs and line chefs, to owner/operators, right through to those wanting to start their own business – we’ve trained them all.
The Vegetarian Society Cookery School is run by Sam Platt, who has over 15 years experience as a catering manager, having previously worked at every level. Our 12 expert tutors include professional chefs who have extensive experience of the food sector.
As part of the charity, the Vegetarian Society, the school also offers free courses to community groups and individuals who wouldn’t ordinarily learn cookery skills or come across vegetarian food – so each time you train with us there are many benefits.
