The Vegan Meat Guru
Everyone’s talking about it, but what do you do with seitan (pronounced ‘say-tan’)?
The Vegan Meat Guru experience shows you how to create different textures, work with different flavours and use seitan in various dishes such as stews, stir-fries and casseroles.
On the day you’ll get to make some amazing treats, including smoky maple seitan kebabs, oregano and red onion sausages, steaks and even charcuterie – so you can welcome in a whole new culinary adventure.
The BBQ Veggie
Looking for something a little different on the BBQ this summer? The BBQ Veggie cookery experience lets you get the best out of your veggies whenever the weather is good!
