Your Friday night, sorted: cook, eat, and enjoy great company.
You’ll cook along with our expert tutors to create a delicious, seasonal menu, picking up practical tips, techniques and inspiration along the way. Then sit down together to eat, chat and unwind.
Whether you come with friends or join solo, it’s a welcoming, informal evening where great food and good company come together. You’ll leave not only having enjoyed a fantastic meal, but with the confidence to recreate the dishes at home time and time again.
No experience needed, just bring your appetite. We’ll take care of the rest (including the washing up!).
Each Supper Club is a small-group evening with just 18 places, so booking early is recommended.
Middle Eastern-Inspired Supper Club
Get ready for a delicious evening of vibrant flavours, fragrant spices and fresh, colourful ingredients. On this Middle Eastern-inspired supper club, you’ll cook alongside our expert tutor and the rest of the group to create a mouth-watering plant-based feast from scratch.
You’ll learn how to make chickpea shawarma kebabs, packed with warming spices and deliciously savoury flavours, alongside Lebanese-style green beans, zesty lemon and pomegranate bulgur wheat and a creamy whipped tahini sauce to bring everything together.
Once you’ve cooked your feast, sit back, relax and enjoy your freshly prepared meal with the group. Whether you come with friends or book by yourself, you’ll enjoy a fun and sociable evening that’s a great alternative to a traditional night out.
You’ll pick up useful cookery skills, flavour combinations and recipes that you can recreate at home time and time again. After your class, we’ll email you a recipe pack containing all the recipes you’ve learned, so you can keep enjoying the flavours of the Middle East at home.
All recipes are subject to availability of ingredients.
